Volunteers are absolutely vital in grassroots football. In this film, Michail Antonio speaks to four FA volunteers from various areas about what it means to them to be a volunteer and why more people should get involved. The final piece is a celebration about volunteering and was launched as part of a wider campaign across England Football channels.
